1. How do I sign up for home deliveries?

2. What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Adversane, Billingshurst, Codmore Hill, Coneyhurst, Coolham, Pulborough, Southwater and Wisborough Green.

The maps below show delivery days and times for each area. Register online, email or call us to find our if your exact address is covered.

3. What time do you deliver?

Round 1: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2.00pm – 8.30pm. Saturdays: 8.00am – 1.00pm*

Round 2: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 2.00pm – 8.30pm*

Round 3: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 2.00pm – 8.30pm*

Round 4: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 2.00pm – 8.30pm. Saturdays: 8.00am – 1.00pm*

Round 5: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 2.00pm – 8.30pm*

Why?

  • Customers tell us that the most important thing to them is being able to take their fresh goods inside.
  • We sell a lot of fresh produce that you really don’t want on the doorstep all night long.
  • Customers like the convenience of being able to catch us and get that extra loaf or pint.

There is no such thing as a 6am / 7am delivery ready for breakfast! Traditional style milk rounds are usually 8 or more hours long. That means if you are at the beginning of the round, your milk has been sat on the doorstep since 11 or 12pm the night before.

*Please note that these times are approximate and are subject to change. Weather and peak times such as public holidays may affect delivery times.

4. Can I change my order?

Yes, you can change your quantities, products and the delivery day in the ‘my account’ section of the website. You can also make a one time adjustment.

5. Do I have to commit to regular deliveries?

There is no commitment for an ongoing account. We will deliver whatever items you have set up in your standing order each week. You can pause, amend or cancel these items at any time.

6. Is there a minimum order value?

No. You can order as much or as little as you want, unlike the big supermarkets. And it’s free delivery!

7. Do I have to have a delivery on each day?

No. You can simply add items to the days that you choose. Each milk round consist of 3 days, and most customers want at least fresh milk on each of them, however you could order your weeks worth of milk to be delivered on one or two days if you wish.

8. How and when do I pay?

You can pay by Direct Debit, Credit or Debit Card or Cash on Delivery. When placing an order, you will be asked how you want to pay for maximum flexibility. You can for example, set up Direct Debit, but also pay by card for some purchases if you wish.

DIRECT DEBIT
Simply add your bank details to your account and we will do the rest for you! We automatically take your balance of account once every 14 days. We will notify you of the amount to be debited 5 days in advance.

DEBIT / CREDIT CARD
Your online account has a ‘wallet’ for your shopping. You can add money to your wallet via debit or credit card to cover any purchases.

We will debit money from your wallet for items that we have confirmed as delivered. This allows you maximum flexibility with last minute changes.

All orders will create an invoice on your account. You can view past and current invoices at any time.

9. I have special instructions for my delivery driver

No problem.

  • In the app – Click on ‘Driver Details’  to call them or track where they are on the round.
  • Use the ‘Feedback’ menu on the app or web portal to leave us a message.
  • There is also an option when placing orders to leave special instructions such as where to to leave your delivery, or whether you would like us to ring the doorbell.
  • You can also call or email us with any messages.

10. Is there a cut off time for changes to my order?

You can make changes to your order up to 8.00am on the day of delivery on the app or web portal, with the following exception:

FRESHLY BAKED BREAD AND BUTCHERS ORDERS

Bread, pastries and meat orders are all baked to order overnight before the day of delivery.

Cut off for these items is mid-day (12pm) on the day before delivery. As these products are all made to order we are unable to accept cancellations or changes after this time.

11. When do you deliver Fruit & Veg?

We deliver fresh fruit & veg boxes every Wednesday and Thursday. 

If you place an order for a veg box on a non-delivery day, we will move it to the next delivery day for your round.

Please place your order by 12:00 on Tuesdays for delivery the same week.
